I have a well equipped amplifier repair lab that enables me to quantify and work through a variety of issues commonly encountered in this specialty field and, the not so common as well. I offer quality craftsmanship that includes best practices, the best available replacement components (that are tested and graded prior to installation), custom voicing, noise and frequency response testing and documentation. The same applies to my guitar bench where I employ the highest quality tools and equipment. I am a seasoned musician and performer and love what I do. I have a sizable collection of both vintage and contemporary amps/guitars and I play them!  Above all, I hold myself to the highest standard that, in turn, guarantees the highest quality of workmanship.   

Any brand tube amp from any era, hybrid solid state/tube and most other vintage solid state guitar and bass amplifiers.

I work on any make and model of electric guitars and basses. I specialize in improving import models and bringing them to a higher standard of tone, stability and playability.  Just because an instrument is inexpensive doesn't make it bad. Typically, it's just a poor setup done at the factory. Of course, there are exceptions. I have found that many times the 'cheap' pickups and pots sound great with a proper tone modification. Many instruments also benefit from a hardware upgrade too.

It really boils down to the components. Many modern pedals use SMD's or Surface Mounted Devices. These components are typically very small and require specialized tools and techniques. My lab is not currently equipped to perform this type of repair.
